Failed Components and Extent of Damage
VERIFIED BOTH LEFT AND RIGHT REAR WHEEL BEARINGS SHOW EXCESSIVE PLAY. VERIFIED THE RADIATOR IS PLUGGED WITH SOME TYPE OF SEED. THE TECH IS UNABLE TO DEMONSTRATE A FAILURE TO THE HEATER CONTROL VALVE. THE TECH IS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE ENGINE CONTROL MODULE FUSE FAILURE, THE FUSE BOX SHOWS DRIED MUD. THE TECH IS UNABLE TO DEMONSTRATE A FAILURE TO THE AC LINE WITHOUT FURTHER TEAR DOWN. VERIFIED THERE IS NO PRESSURE IN THE AC SYSTEM. VERIFY THE AC / ALTERNATOR DRIVE BELT IS LOOSE AND SQUEALS WHILE RUNNING, THE ALTERNATOR SHOWS MUD AND GRASS PACKED IN IT, NO FAILURE WAS DEMONSTRATED TO THE IDLER PULLEY. THERE IS NO BELT TENSIONER. VERIFIED THE LEFT REAR INNER CV BOOT SHOWS A PUNCTURE HOLE WITH GREASE SEEPING OUT. VERIFIED THE RIGHT FRONT OUTER CV BOOT IS TORN NEAR THE OUTER BAND CONSISTENT WITH IMPACT DAMAGE. VERIFIED THE RIGHT OUTER TIE ROD SHOWS EXCESSIVE PLAY THE BOOT IS INTACT AND THERE IS NO GREASE FITTING. VERIFIED THE RIGHT FRONT LOWER REARWARD CONTROL ARM BUSHING SHOWS EXCESSIVE PLAY. VERIFIED THE RIGHT FRONT UPPER CONTROL ARM FORWARD CONTROL ARM BUSHING SHOWS EXCESSIVE PLAY. NO FAILURE WHAT DEMONSTRATED TO ANY OTHER BUSHINGS. VERIFIED INACTIVE CODES SET:PP0562 ELECTRONIC POWER STEERING DETECTED SYSTEM VOLTAGE LOW. C1069 ELECTRONIC POWER STEERING DETECTED VEHICLE SPEED DATA ERROR. C1066 ELECTRONIC POWER STEERING DETECTED ENGINE SPEED ERROR. P1691 REAR DIFFERENTIAL SOLENOID CIRCUIT OPEN. P1693 REAR DIFFERENTIAL SOLENOID CIRCUIT GROUNDED. P0314 CYLINDER NOT IDENTIFIED MISFIRE DETECTED. P0301 CYLINDER 1 MISFIRE DETECTED. VERIFIED THE VEHICLE SHOWS EVIDENCE OF BOTTOMING OUT AND SHOWS GRASS AND MUD PACKED IN UNDER THE VEHICLE. NO OTHER FAILURES WERE DEMONSTRATED OR FOUND.
