WITH TECH FOUND THAT THE ENGINE IS SEIZED AND WILL NOT START. FOUND THAT ENGINE OIL IS FULL AND OIL CHANGE HAS JUST BEEN DONE FOUND SEAL STILL ON DRAIN PLUG AND HAS NOT BEEN TOUCHED. FOUND NO EXTERNAL LEAKS OR SINGS OF ABUSE. FOUND TRUCK TO BE IN ALMOST NEW CONDITION . FOUND NO CODES DUE TO BATTERY BEING DEAD. FOUND NO SIGNS OF SLUDGE OR SIGNS OF NEGLECT AT THIS TIME.
