SPARK PLUG #4 HAS VISUAL CARBON BUILDUP, PARK PLUG #1 HAS VISIAL CARBON BUILDUP. DTC AT INSPECTION FOUND CODES, P02111, P0108, P0222, P0123, P0204, P0300, P0304, P219A, P0201. FREEZE FRAME DATA FRO P219A ODOMETER WAS 115294, P0108 ODOMETER WAS 117366, P0300 ODOMETER WAS 117366.
FINDINGS INDICATE P219A WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN PRESENT AT PREVIOUS SERVICE.
