SHOP WAS CALLED JUST PRIOR TO ARRIVAL AT SHOP(APPROX. 30 MIN.) AND WAS TOLD THAT NOW WAS A GOOD TIME TO INSPECT VEHICLE. WHEN I ARRIVED FOUND VEHICLE BLOCKED IN BY SEVERAL OTHER CARS AND SHOP STATED THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE A HOIST AVAILABLE. I HAD THEM CONNECT A SCAN TOOL TO VEHICLE BUT THERE WERE NO CODES. SHOP STATED THAT HE HAD CLEARED CODES WHEN VEHICLE CAME IN. UNABLE TO ROAD TEST DUE TO OTHER CARS BLOCKING THIS CAR IN AND THEY DID NOT HAVE TIME TO DEMONSTRATE ANY FAILURES. NO ABNORMAL NOISES NOTED.
NO FAILURE DEMONSTRATED AT THIS TIME. NO OBVIOUS COLLISION RELATED DAMAGE SEEN VISUALLY TO THE TRANSMISSION
