LINKAGE FOR VGT ACTUATOR WAS REMOVED TO SHOW THAT THE VANES INSIDE THE TURBO HOUSING ARE SEIZED. SEIZURE IS NORMALLY DUE TO CARBON BUILD UP. SEE VIDEO. SEVEN (7) CODES RETRIEVED DUE TO VARIABLE GEOMETRY VANES BEING STUCK INSIDE THE TURBO HOUSING. SEE SCAN RESULTS IN PHOTOS.
